Check your email for a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label, then print them out to include with your package.
Pack your items
Place the item in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful refund process.
Ship it back
Attach the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
